Good quality service coupled with outstanding customer service. The hole in my tire was not only identified. It was explained, repaired and all four tires were inspected and refilled with air.

I came to have my front bearing changed. We agreed upon a price. When I came to pick my car, I was given a bill, it was almost three times higher that supposed. I requested explanation. I was told that it was a mistake, and right away I was given the correct bill. I clearly saw two bills, they tried to see if I would be naive enough to pay the one which was three times higher than supposed. They did a very good job, I admit. However, the attempt to rip me off was extremely unpleasant.

walked into Belisle needing a wheel alignment as the car was pulling to the left and a touch to the right. A bearing arm was changed on the left side. And a wheel alignment done. All to say it was still pulling!Went for a test drive with a Belisle worker, and he insisted it was the way the road was made. They wanted to put winter tires back on and check it out that way, or try tires they had in the back. By this time I was so Anna. Told them I was taking car to my mechanic and that I would touch base . Took the car to my mechanic, he test drove the car and yes it definitely pulled. My mechanic mentioned that the 2 front tires shouldn’t have been put in the front. Definite wearing of the tires. Now today Belisle told me they had rotated the tires…..well no they hadn’t. The ball joint on the left where it was changed, there is a clanging noise. Apparently the backing plate is broken. By the way the piece cost me $333And my mechanic could get me the exact same piece for $190Then Belisle told me my mechanic didn’t know what he was talking about!!!! Then he proceeded to say they couldn’t do anything. I left there today very disappointed with this company. Oh yes they’ll write back in the comments how they want to pls me etc….They made an excuse for everything I mentioned. I’m am done!!!!!!DO NOT reply back to me Belisle!!!!! I will NEVER set foot in your place again!!!!!So people lesson is stick to your own mechanics. They are very condescending!!Go Elsewhere!!!!!!!!

Quel plaisir de me faire recevoir avec une équipe dynamique, toujours souriante, qui se donne la peine d’inspecter mon véhicule (que j’aime beaucoup trop pour la cause) et de me faire un compte-rendu détaillé! Je vous invite à essayer cet endroit. Oui, certe, il y a les pneus, la mécanique, mais il y a les humains derrière une belle machine, bien huilée. Ces gars là travaillent pour votre sécurité lors de vos déplacements en auto. Pas de cachettes, ils vous diront les vraies affaires, sans passer par quatre chemins. Des gars de garage qui vous accueillent avec un sourire, un vrai. C'est énorme la différence observée, par rapport aux garages de coins de rues. Depuis plus de 10 ans, nos voitures sont soignées à cet endroit, depuis ce temps, ils savent s'adresser à vous dans un language courtois, même en temps de grand stress. Je n'ai jamais entendu un juron de garagiste, qui ferait défriser Boucle d'Or. L'endroit est très propre, sécuritaire, et les délais et prix plus que raisonnables.Bravo à cette équipe extraordinaire!* Mon commentaire n'a rien à voir avec l'IA, et a été composé entièrement par un humain.
