I do not recommend them they take forever to get you contract, so you wait than they say your date has been taken from someone else! I would not recommend!!!

Do not book !!! Still waiting for my money to be returned as he did not show up on my paid reserved limo on June 30, 2023.

What an exceptional experience! Doug was extremely accommodating and picked up us with last minute notice. He made my friends birthday a night to remember- with his wonderful service and lovely demeanour. We will be using his services again and again!Thank you Doug!

TERRIBLE customer service. Limo bookend and paid for in full in March for June 20th grad party. They were a no show! No answer when called. Said two hour call back 12 hours later no call back. Good thing our boys are living their best lives and you could not break their spirits or ruin their night. Really couldn’t be more disappointed in this business.

I booked March 27th and paid in full for my son and buddies for tonight June 20th limo service from 5-6 our house to their grad dinner and dance - They had even confirmed everything with me June 12th in an email.They didn’t Show up, no call no email.they didn’t answer their phone - said 2 hr call Back. i have yet to here from them. How embarrassing for my son and me that planned this for him and his friends and so disappointing . We had to scramble for rides and rush to hall. I also paid in full March 27th. I am out this money as of now with not hearing back from them.Big thumbs Down Klassic Limousine

My friend booked and PAID for a limo for our sons and their friends on the evening of June 20 for their grade 8 graduation.She planned and paid for this in March, and even received an email confirmation confirming the date and time on June 12.No limo showed , no one callled any of us back and we had to change plans at the last minute!!!!You disappointed 6 fabulous boys on a very special night and didn’t even have the decency to call any of us back (several of us tried calling many times).I am not even the person who booked your service but based on this experience I won’t recommend your service nor would I use it myself.Hopefully you get back to the parent who is now out money for a limo that didn’t show and somehow make this right for the boys who were looking very forward to this experience!
