I cannot give enough praise for the quality and customer service I have received at Minden Jewellers. They have always been very knowledgeable and friendly and I have trusted them to repair my most treasured pieces.To have such quality and service in downtown Hamilton is a blessing!

Incredible service and fair pricing. Impressive selection of vintage/estate jewelry and timepieces.This is a family business and one that I would definitely recommend over a chain store. There is no pressure to buy, and when you do make a purchase you know that it is good quality.Owner is very kind.Update: I really cannot say enough good things about this store. I plan on dealing with Minden exclusively as long as I live in Hamilton.Superior customer service. I purchased a beautiful Monogram ring second hand and was given an incredibly good deal.Shortly after purchasing I realized that part of the ring was loose ( something that you would only notice from wearing it) so I took it back to have it repaired. I just picked it up and they unexpectedly waived the repair fee.Wonderful store, run by wonderful staff. Highly recommend.

Had the opportunity to check out Minden Jewellers in Jackson Square this week. Nice to see customer service without the high up sell of their product. Staff friendly, and well educated in their products. By the time l was done view their jewellery, l purchased a nice ring for the Mrs.It is nice to see Jackson Square bring in stores such as Minden to reflect the clientele that shops downtown.The marketing they use is great, hometown people and not the models who have no clue of the product nor the company. Minden, continue this marketing plan and you will around for a long time.

My fiancée originally bought my engagement ring here and it’s absolutely gorgeous and unique.We took the ring to another jeweller to get a custom wedding band made since the ring was so unique. When we left the ring with the other jeweller he crushed my ring and originally let me leave the store without telling me! The shape was so broken.I brought my engagement ring back to Minden and unfortunately they weren’t able to fix it. Luckily he was able to replace it! Shawn was so helpful and kind while I was stressing out about my broken ring. He even gave me tips on how to approach the other jeweller to have him pay for the replacement.I highly recommend Minden Jewellers for beautiful jewellery and great customer service. Should have gone here for the custom band in the first place and will definitely be coming back to update my crushed ring.

I work in Jackson Square and bought a nice Omega for a great deal. Love vintage watches and he has a lot of stuff. He's always pleasant with me every time I see him and always says hello to me. Looking to shop their again some time soon.

While wandering around Jackson Square in downtown Hamilton (near the Sheraton) I saw that Minden had returned to downtown and went in to look around. Some fabulous things here, including some really different pieces and in all price ranges. Ideal place to go and just look because the owner is happy to talk about his jewelry and his store. There was no pressure to buy and I did ultimately buy some dramatic gold earrings and a bracelet at a good price. All in all an excellent and entertaining experience. I note that my soon to be married daughter and her fiancé were also quite taken with the place. If you are in the market for an engagement ring, a cocktail ring, or a watch, or just something interesting I would definitely check this place out..

Fantastic gentlemen to work with. He sold me a beautiful watch but after realizing it felt a little loose and it was after his store closed I quickly rushed to see if anyone was there. He stayed an extra half hour helping me and another customer with no problem at all. Kudos to Shawn, definitely will be a returning customer!

I recently brought in a family heirloom, a complicated diamond ring that was about 100 years old, to be refurbished. Shawn and his team provided fast, personal service, and the ring was restored beautifully! The turnaround time was great, the quality is exceptional, and pricing was more than fair. Shawn is a top-shelf guy. He does the Minden name proud! I'll be back for sure!
