If your looking for a quiet, professional studio with a well trained and professional teacher then look no further. Whether your a beginner or an advanced yogi there is a place at this studio for you. It’s a nice, quiet atmosphere instead of the hustle bustle of a big gym or studio. Attention to quality, detail and cleanliness is of the utmost importance. I have been attending this studio for many years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend

I really enjoyed the yoga class with Pam on Monday. The class was comforting and made me realize how much I have missed yoga classes. Pam is an exceptional teacher and a very kind and understanding person !
