I can't say enough good things about Lien. She put the 'spa' in the spa pedicure. Lien took great care of my feet, was a perfectionist with my polish and provided a very therapeutic calve and foot massage. Highly recommend!

All of the staff are welcoming, friendly, professional and hard working. We went for Mom and daughter shellac Mani and Pedi's while staying at Living Water Resort across the street. Excellent wide selection of nail colours and they booked us in on short notice. Thank you for making our trip extra special!

A first visit here in a long time and was really happy! Service is friendly and professional and love my nails. Diane was amazing, such a perfectionist with a keen eye for detail! Will definitely be visiting again very soon!

Amazing at eyebrows!! Diane is a master, it is very obvious she KNOWS eyebrows. She takes her time to make sure your shape is the best it can be! A very good eye for the small details. I used to love my shape but for a long time they've been different, I thought it was aging. Diane knew what to do to bring my arch back! Love her!

This is the second time I have been to Nails & Spa. Both times have been amazing. Everyone is super sweet and very helpful. I have loved my nails both times and I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend going.

Let me start off by stating that I have worked in spas for years…. Received gift cars for Christmas and got a mani pedi and my daughter got acrylics. Mani pedi was done alright. The lady doing it stabbed me under my toenail, she had a timer and she was done over 10 minutes early(before the timer went off) and cut the skin on my thumb (not part of my cuticles) while cutting my cuticles.30 seconds of hand/ foot massage, about a minute of removing dead skin/calluses. Called ahead to check pricing as they don’t advertise it, they told me a different price on the phone than what I had to pay.My daughter got acrylics and was severely disappointed, they looked like someone who had zero previous experience doing acrylics did them. They were crooked and bumpy, they also weren’t what was requested (Picture with sparkly silver lines is what was requested).Received gift cards because it’s the highest rated place in town, I honestly don’t see why. Inside was dirty, and nothing appeared to be cleaned the day before(we were some of the first customers of the day). For a place that is supposed to follow high cleanliness standards, and sterilization processes, the unkept appearance of the store makes me think they definitely do not do that.
