Great location. Staff are friendly and welcoming to their customers. You will never disappoint with their Frappuccino even with thousand calories.

Horrible experience, I got a drink that was not my order, I told them, they peeled the lid off the drink while I was watching and then sprinkled the topping of my order, I told them basic common sense is to make me a new one I asked for, not sprinkle the topping to cover it. later they did redo it, I said it was not double topping and double cream, an Asian man who called himself a supervisor said it was double, well I know, it's an impossible point to make, maybe it was retaliation? Maybe he didn't even look at my order? holly, no apologies, several employees kept playing innocent and then just asked me if I wanted a refund for you, I said sure, I shouldn't have to pay for something provided by such a dishonest team! The time happened on May 23, 2023 at 12:55 pm, I hope the management can see the problem. Because starbucks is a store I love and I hope it doesn't degenerate.

This is the only Starbucks at Hillcrest (the other one is gone). It is located near the Homesense. Staff are always wonderful, but there is very, very limited seating. The other one used to have a patio so this is unfortunate.

Starbucks in Hillcrest Mall in only accessible through Indigo. A bit out of the way, not very busy but it was Monday morning. Good service and beverage as I like it.

It wasn't good it wasn't bad, normally i find very energetic young people at starbucks in general but, this time i got a very serious and one i could barely hear her. The coffee and matcha was good, way too expensive but good.

Rude cashier. I don’t usually write negative reviews but I’ve never encountered such a rude human being after 24 years of existence lol. Just warning future customers that if you want warm, friendly and professional service, this isn’t the place!! Basically I forgot to ask for my points prior paying and he goes “such inconvenience tell me before”. I was running on 0 hour of sleep and sure that’s no excuse for this staff to not act nasty towards me but needless to say incase he may have forgotten but you literally work at a coffee shop. People come to you for caffeine - for energy. You gotta have a little more patience than that and srsly just do better.

Great customer service! I did a mobile order here but when I went to pick it up it wasn’t there…I thought maybe it wasn’t ready yet since they were very busy (only two staff on and working extra hard). After 25 minutes passed and still no drink, I spoke to the barista. He had made my drink much earlier but someone else had taken it. He was super apologetic (even though it wasn’t his fault) and made me another drink on the spot, and gave me a larger size for the mishap! In the time that I was waiting, I witnessed two awesome, diligent employees working their butts off and was super impressed with their service level.
