We order at 7:20 and they said 15 minutes. I went there before 15 min and i ask the girl this is my order after 17 minutes and she said please wait and they just ignored the phone call oreder and preferred the skip dish order i got my order at 8:01 . Almost 25 minutes late and the girl was who was working on the front disk she is so rude and too much attitude.

I have been ordering food from here from 2 years but now recently I ordered fish pakora I don’t why they are keep decreasing the quantity/portion of the dish. I don’t know why this is happening if you guys think you are loss you can increase the price of the food but atleast the good quantity so that the customers feel satisfied with your serviceThank you

Don't get me wrong, the food was great. Everything we ordered was delicious, nicely spiced, and hot all of the right spots. Best of all was the kebob. Oh, so good.What was really disappointing/surprising was the decor of the restaurant itself with tables you'd expect from a Denny's and a tiny, lackluster bathroom which looked like it was build as cheaply as possible ten years ago.For the prices and the name that's attached, it should have been better

They have the best fish pakora and cheese fingers in the town. Ordered food yesterday for the first time, the service was really quick as we requested and the girl at the front did great customer service. Also, we had guest from Toronto, everybody appreciated the food and overall it was amazing experience with them. Thanks for making our night more cheerful with your delicious cuisine. From now onwards, we will always be ordering from you guys.

The food was subpar. Chicken pakora wasn't bad, fish tikka was flavourless. There was a mouse hanging around and it scurried behind the counter.

I am very upset with the food. I ordered paneer tikka and they gave me paneer dipped in tikka sauce and didn’t even cooked the way it is suppose to be cooked. It breaks my heart to see them ruining a beautiful Indian dish for everyone.

It’s not worth taste, price and worst customer service ever you can get. People have no sense of customer service. Light house should qualify people before giving franchise if they have any previous experience and don’t hire people at minimum wage and if you do then don’t treat them bad because they treat your clients like you treat them. I give business to restaurants in Surrey almost $500@ week but Lighthouse is permanently out of the list. Any of my party won’t have food from Lighthouse.
