Worst company ever. I was referred to Ivan by a contractor. He is arrogant, rude. Our counter top cracked a few months after Install and after they came back to repair some crumbling cement in the seams, he refused to repair or replace the counter. I have email corresponding that he would come back and fix/replace it and finally 8 months later he refused to do anything without additional payment. This company is a scam. They source cheap material and charge quality pricing. Run from this company

I contacted Emporium Natural Stones to reface my fireplace. The suggestions the project manager gave me were amazing and the customer service the employees provided from the moment I contacted them until installation was next to none. My fireplace looks amazing!! I have actually contacted them to help me with my kitchen next.

We called this company to fabricate a countertop for our staff kitchen. Their project manager was extremely curtious and professional. The quality of their installation and stone were extremely high. Overall we are pleased with our experience with Empirium Stone.

Just encountered a customer who did business with Emporium. The offered backsplash installation and disappeared with the money and rest of tile before the job was complete. Criminal
