Excellent after sale customer service...

I had 3 bulbs burn out with in 2 years. The bulbs were not misused ( enclosed fixtures etc ). I contacted Cree after 1 stopped working 6 months after purchase and they out a replacement within 2 days. I recently has 2 more stop working and I contacted Cree to find out how I can get these replaced because they no longer available at the retail level. A specialist name Ricky got back to me and said that they would be sending out replacement bulbs.I am so happy with Cree customer service and my experiences dealing with them. It's a shame that they aren't more available at a retail level anymore because I was telling everyone I knew to go get these fantastic bulbs. Their quality and performance far surpasses Phillips and other brands on the market. I managed a retail lighting store for 12 years and always sent people to Home Depot for Cree bulbs because I felt they were far superior having been a personal user, than anything I could have sold them.Thank you Cree!

Products are a good quality, but if looking to replace drivers for any of their products, it's just easier to buy a new fixture from a different vendor. I've had to suggest complete fixture changes for my customers after Cree has refused to offer P&D on the driver alone without the complete fixture part number, despite having all relevant information on their driver; including pictures.
