Whenever I apply for any government-related documents, I made sure the establishment is organized and have good customer service. Apart from its accessibility, A- Plus Registry employees always serve with a smile and you know that they are reliable. Also, thank you Krissy for accommodating us and for always having a positive demeanor in handling every client. We will definitely acquire their service again.

Avoid this office and its rude and uneducated staff at any cost.Went to this office showed my other province expired license. I was told I have to order my records. Ordered the record at 17 dollars per order. Called this office to confirm if they received it and everything was okay. Confirmed on the phone the receipt. Then went to the office in person again and the rude staff told me that they do not accept expired license record. She just denied everything she and her boss had told me the other day. Wanted to file a complaint. Their uneducated and irresponsible manage came and instead of apologizing to waste my time and my money, she started to dance around the matter. I insisted I want to file a complaint and the manager said they do not have process of officially filing a complaint. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE AS THEY TREAT IMMIGRANTS AS SECOND CLASS CITIZENS.

I passed the road test today with Michael as the examiner. I was nervous before the test because I recently had a pretty bad experience with another examiner in another registry. But, this time the examiner was very professional. Michael gave clear verbal instructions and also made hand instructions. There was no confusion at all about the directions. He never shouted throughout the test. At the end, he explained all the mistakes that I made and how to improve. Even if I had failed, I would not have any issue with the examiner. Thank you, Michael! Thank you, A Plus Registry!

Went in to get my Class 5 Non-GDL, Sheila helped me out, she was extremely knowledgeable and patient — I was out of there in less than 10 minutes! Overall great service, thank you once again!

I recently visited A-Plus Registry to renew my vehicle registration, and I have to say, it was an absolute nightmare. The customer service I received was beyond rude and unhelpful, making my experience incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.Upon arriving at the registry, I was informed that I needed to provide proof of insurance in order to renew my registration. Fair enough, I thought, as I understand the importance of insurance. However, when I returned with the required documents, I was met with further disappointment. The staff informed me that I still couldn't renew my registration because I needed additional documents. It was incredibly frustrating to have wasted my time and effort gathering the required proof of insurance, only to be told that it wasn't enough.The lack of consistency and communication at A-Plus Registry was astounding. It was clear that the staff either did not know what they were doing or simply did not care about providing efficient and effective customer service. I was left feeling frustrated and confused, wondering why I was given misleading information in the first place.To add insult to injury, I decided to take my business to another registry office, hoping for a better experience. To my relief, the second registry I visited was able to renew my registration instantly with just my driver's license and proof of insurance. It was a stark contrast to the ordeal I had endured at A-Plus Registry.I would strongly advise anyone considering A-Plus Registry to think twice before visiting. The lack of professionalism, the rude customer service, and the inconsistent information provided make this registry a complete and utter disappointment. Save yourself the time and hassle and seek services elsewhere where your time and effort won't be taken for granted.

Astounding at how poor the service is. I called to make an enquiry for Alberta Health and I was met with a disinterested, dismissive and rude tone. I remained polite and asked for the persons name as to whom I was speaking and they refused to give it. Wouldn’t recommend.

The women at the counter was extremely rude. She gave me blank stares with long pauses when I asked seemingly basic questions. I hope she is able to discover the reason behind her deep-seated malaise and find happiness one day.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff members. I was talked down to and made a fool. Staff is not helpful whatsoever and have no intention to help either. If you’re interested in ruining your day it’s a great place to go.

I had a really bad experience with my road tester. He was very rude and told me if he could fail me he would have, even though I passed the exam. It seems like such a money grab to try and fail people. They’re wait times are bad as well
