Bought a pack of chicken on june 5 which had a labled expiry date of june 9, and the next day in my fridge something smelt bad and i opened the chicken and it smelled like it went bad. It def seemed like a good deal, but now i know why. While shopping in store, i noticed things seemed picked over, and many of the bread products felt stale.We dont think we will be back, despite the proximity to our place. Dissapointing

This was my favourite store, until yesterday! I always found the staff pleasant and helpful. However, yesterday I purchased complete boxes of some products and when approaching the self-serve I asked if I could have assistance scanning. The reply was positive but each unit must bee done individually as he showed me. A l proceeded but stage 76 I missed some. At any rate i was ment to feel like a thief as I forgot things.I had 48 pieces of one product and 27 of another. I have 2 torn rotator cuff’s. Not good!!

I bought pork chops from this location on march 19th, there was a WORM in my pork, they offered me a $50 credit in the form of pc optimum points. No regard for the health and safety of myself or other customers.

This store is fantastic. Produce is always fresh and products are on the shelves stocked like 99% of the time. Busy store and the cashiers work very hard to clear the lines as fast as possible. Prices and deals are excellent….

Cashiers should be trained better. I had five items and placed them all on the belt before the cashier decided to put her sign up and walk away. Poor customer service.

My overall experience has been fine other than one particular incident.Once an item was not priced as per their own flyer. I asked for the price match at the counter, the cashier told me that the price difference ($2.8) is too less to be matched. I insisted twice but she was firm on her stand, upon seeing the long queue behind me, I just said okay on the higher price.It was an one-off case, on other days with other cashiers, I have never had any issue and they have always been helpful.

I have been shopping here for almost 7 years and I used to love this location. Lately, however, I've been finding a decline in quality. The last few times I was there many of the products on the shelves were well past expiry. I was there today and they had yogurt that expired on Jan 09!!!Not sure what's changed, but I've been finding myself shopping elsewhere more often. Even small things like never having baskets at the entryway have been a more common experience. I'm actually sad about this because I always liked No Frills - they were always affordable with fairly good quality - what happened :(

Although this is my closest grocery store it is not my favorite. Fruit and vegetables are expensive and a lot of the time they spoil quickly. Although staff is usually friendly and helpful they do not seem to know what products are on sale or even where they are. Also They sell products close to expiry dates for example today I bought ground beef that looked ok but when I got home I noticed that the best by date is tomorrow. When I had not planned on using it for few days.
