I have had multiple occasions to use these services both on our professional and personal computers and am very pleased with the results. Brian is knowledgable, efficient and provides expert services in a timely manner and at affordable prices. Twice he rescued me from the expense of a new computer. Dropped in today unexpectedly to get help with my PC that wouldn't boot. They made a USB boot key for me and it allowed me to troubleshoot and fix the issue. 5 stars. I will be coming back.

A few days ago, upon a recommendation from a friend, I took my old laptop and iPad to Blue Bot to see if anything could be done to fix them. I was very impressed with all of their five star ratings. Brian spent quite a while with me and was such a great help. It was such a pleasure dealing with such an honest company. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be back in the future with any future computer needs or questions.
