Awful. Consistently awful. Long delays. Miserable, indifferent employees. Dirty. Soda machine is always missing syrup. Restaurant is always missing items; classic broken ice cream machine, run out of food, happy meals come in paper bags instead of boxes. Messed up orders. Yet, I foolishly keep going hoping they learned but no, always the same.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Not only is the service terrible, we ordered burgers through the kiosk with only ketchup and it took three times returning them before they got them right. I honestly believe the second time they simply gave us back the original burgers.The store front is disgusting. Tables have food build up on them, garbage cans are over flowing with trays full of garbage stacked around them as customers clearly gave up. Staff are having a great chat at the drive thru and seem to find the customers frustrations entertaining.

Nice clean place, been here few times, only problem is the waiting time very long, seems like they short on crew (but this place is on a side of a highway so its a bit understandable as not all have a car and especially young students)Bisides that i got a burger upside down and bacon was broken in bit in the box so i had to gather them to put in side lol at least my fry was full, poutin was little short on sauce and not much cheese.

I went there and didn't know who was serving me because they all looked lost. Bathroom was disgusting, The food wasn't served properly. One of the worst mcdonalds I ever went to

Worst McDonalds I have visited. I'll sometimes tolerate bad service for food, but here even the food sucks, I never thought that a fast food chain can give different (worst) food than thier other branches. Food is old and hard, the burgers and bread are tough. Fries are ALWAYS old and often way too salty. The old lady at night is always rude and seems like shes angree to recieve clients. You're not going to finish your food because its not edible so Just go somewhere else.

waited 35minutes for icecream. only client in restaurant. should have went to dairy queen. Update. Service was a little bit better. They (staff) concentrate on the driver thru. The client that took the time to go in, is considered 2nd Class.

didn’t accept hard copy coupon. employee at the drive thru, instead of trying to figure it out he just said we don’t use these here, and then didn’t even return the coupon. coupons are valid and within the dates. terrible customer service
