I've been coming to Hairology for many years now, and to Laura for more than 2 years, and they never disappoint! She always does a great job, knows exactly how I like my hair treated and trimmed, and is just so fun to talk to. In general, every associate is friendly and has expertise about cutting and styling hair. I recommend Hairology to anyone who's looking to try out a new salon.

I wanted to re-dye my previously red hair which had grown out and faded into an orange-copper, and Laura talked me through her plans to achieve the look I wanted given the banding present in my hair. I left it in her hands and it turned out absolutely gorgeous (especially in the sun!). It looks natural but noticeable which was what I wanted. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been in search of a hairstylist/hair salon that would be a good fit for me for sometime now and I think my search is over.-I left a msg with them re: hair dyeing, pricing & availability and they called me back within the hour with answers.- Because I requested a specific soft pink-purple (lavender) dye/colour and my hair at the time was blond with roots, they were able to assess their quality of work by having me share with them pictures of my current hair via IG. I thought this was brilliant!- I was accommodated right away.- Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.- I had questions on maintenance (ex. tips on hair care) and they were more than helpful.- I got a very cool female empowerment vibe…which I live for.- The staff would communicate as a team ensuring all their clients were well taken care of and in the intern they were all helping each other.- I was able to do some work during my time on the chair which was amazing because I work for myself. It almost felt welcomed which was a relief as I have felt obligated to keep up conversations in the past.- Their prices are more than reasonable considering they use vegan products.- My hair looks and feels amazing.Laura, thank you so much for all that you’ve done. I love your work and will most definitely be back.

This is by far the best hair salon in the area❤️Christal and Laura are the sweetest in the world ❤️ they are so kind and have a lot of information to share about the hair. They stand by making sure that the hair stays healthy and looking amazing.Since the second I walked in I knew this will be my regular hair salon. Amazing service, amazing staff 10/10.Also a huge shout out to Nadia that did my eyebrows for me. I got so many compliments!!Thank you so much girls you are the best ❤️❤️

I have been going to get my hair coloured & cut by Christal for 15 years and I am always happy with how she does my hair. I am very picky about balayage, especially because I have Asian hair, but Christal always gets it right. In addition, she is always on time, accommodating, and friendly. I highly recommend Hairology!

I have been looking for a hair salon to go to for a while and went here for my first time and loved it. I had Laura and she did an amazing job with my hair and was super friendly and nice. I had an enjoyable experience and will definitely be coming again. The other staff members were also very professional and kind. Definitely recommend this place!

I love coming here for wax & hairstyling!Melissa listens & shows compassion for her clients!I asked if I could get more volume in my hair during blow drying and she recommended & used a product which was really sweet & worked!

I have been going to Laura, Melissa, and Christal at Hairology for 7 years now. I have been going to them since before they were located at their current location and they are some of the BEST ladies I have ever met, otherwise I would have switched stylists long ago.Every time I have an appointment with Laura, she knows what I like and what I don't like. She always makes the best suggestions for my hair custom suited to my needs. After going to Laura for so long, I don't even have to tell her what I want to do with my hair anymore, she knows better than I do what I want!The ladies also always make me feel comfortable, like I'm right at home during an appointment. When you are sitting in a chair for 2+ hours, you want to get along with your stylist. I can safely say these girls are like a second family!In my 7+ years of getting my hair done with these girls I have absolutely nothing to complain about. They are excellent at what they do!

Pros: The staff are extremely kind and welcoming. I appreciated that all precautions were taken as I'm allergic to PPD.Cons: I was charged $25 before tax for a simple patch test which was a tiny dab of colour, I paid for balayage when really what was done was half head highlights. It's been 3 weeks and the colour has already faded, as some strands are clearly more dyed than others it does not blend well with my natural hair colour. Overall I paid too much for a service that I'm not happy with.

Just went today! I've been putting off getting my hair done for 2 years because I have severe asthma, and hair salons can always be tricky (chemicals in the air from dyes and hair sprays)! Jen and Laura made me feel right at home; they made the experience safe, air purifiers running without even having to ask, and offered a place to take my medication. It's not easy for severe asthmatics, and Jen nailed the hair cut! Overall extremely positive experience!! Completely soothed my nerves and helped me actually enjoy a hair cut!
