Imperial Hearth

We originally found Imperial Hearth at the home show and fell in love with what they had, but we were not quite ready to buy. When the time came for us to purchase our fireplaces, we went to see them and were very pleased with their customer service and knowledge. We picked based on their suggestion and were very pleased with the quality. When it came time for our install, they did a great job and we are so happy with our fireplace. I would definately recommend them.

Very happy with our fireplace, the flame is exactly what was shown on the website. We had an issue with one of the logs but they sent us a new set as promised and it is awesome now.Highly recommend dealing with them.

I was very excited to order my Enviro fireplace from Imperial, they had a great reputation and I had price matched with several other stores. Everything was great (aside from delays in shipping and rescheduling) until the unit itself arrived. The unit itself was badly damaged and dented, and the fan is making a loud weird noise. It has been several weeks and the only resolution being provided is for someone to replace the broken pieces and spray can all the paint chips and scratches. The rep themselves stated this was an unacceptable resolution and to give her time to resolve, but then sent an email completely disregarding our conversation and simply suggesting to paint it. I am awaiting a resolution, as this is horrific customer service and not what I would have anticipated from a seemingly well known company.The badly damaged condition in which the unit arrived, the 8 hours of chemical smoke it admitted when it first turned on ( sounding smoke alarms for hours),I am confident this unit is not safe and came previously used, I do not want it in my home, I don't believe it is safe to have with my children in the home, and they refuse to take it back or resolve the issue thus far. Pictures for reference of some of the 15 + damaged areas. Enviro clearly does not make quality products, and Imperial does not stand by the the products they sell.*** additional feedback following response- documentation of multiple reps from your company stating the unit is badly damaged can be provided. Your company stated they would paint spray the scratches, not address the internal and external damages. Payment will not be processed until good are received in the condition in which is purchased as per consumer act. You send a broken unit your installation rep and customer service rep state is badly damaged, and then want to be paid in full before you fix the issues.

We were so pleased with the customer service we received from Imperial Hearth. This was our first time purchasing an outdoor fireplace and Atena was very helpful in helping us with our decision. We have enjoyed many nights toasty warm in front of our outdoor fireplace. Thank you for a great experience.

The service I received was absolutely amazing at Imperial Hearth. I Love my gas fire place and I recommend shopping here. The heat it creates warms up my family room and creates such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere and not to mention it’s gorgeous. We will be purchasing from Imperial Hearth again for our new home. We bought a fireplace from Imperial a little over a year ago. Their prices were very good and Atena was a big help in making sure we had everything we needed.

Purchased a fireplace from Imperial last year. Atena helped process my order and fireplace was ready for pick up as communicated. In addition, Atena sent me a picture of the fireplace to ensure that it would fit into my contractor's vehicle. Overall, great experience!
