Thank you for the great experience at your spa! It was my first time going and I loved it. Everyone was welcoming and very nice. The person who performed my halo treatment was very kind & gentle. My skin feels & looks so much better, a great transformation! It was a great pick me up after being cooped up for so long in this pandemic. I will be back.

I went for laser hair removal with Katrina and she is amazing! I would definitely recommend her. She cares for her clients and provides excellent service. She is very clean and efficient.

I came here for a plantar wart removal using laser therapy. Emily was one who did it for me. I had an amazing, wonderful experience with her. She did it carefully, listened to me and posses a very gentle behavior. I thank you again for helping me get rid of it within minutes. I owe you a surprise coffee some day

Went for a mole removal, ended up getting 3 spots removed total. Was a fantastic experience. Never felt uncomfortable or embarrassed at all throughout my treatment. Everyone was so friendly and they got me in same day!

I took my mom here and paid for $1200 for their product and services . They told me that they will fix her face but after her going there 2 times which one time was consultation,they refused to answer their phones. When we went there they said that their ladies scammed many customers including my mother and they ran away. They also said whatever their workers did for her face was absolutely incorrect. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to such place. Safe you face and money if you don’t want to be scammed

Please take my advice and do not book here. I don't like writing reviews but I have to warn about this place.I booked a tattoo removal package and after my second last session they stop responding. During my time here, they would book me in, I would show up with my numbing cream on ready to go, only to them being closed and no response via Instagram or phone. Poor business practices.In addition, they told me that if I booked more I would receive a discount for already purchasing so many with them. Now no responseSo many better options in Kitchener Waterloo. Please choose somewhere else.

Worst place ever!! I have a $563.87 credit on account and have had for some time, I have shown up in person and left many voicemails because they never answer their phone to please give me my money back and no one has ever gotten back to me, absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.
