I had a great experience with SMS Appliances. They are fast and professional. I had them replace my dishwasher motor, and it was done in less than an hour! The technician was very knowledgeable and patient, all parts were included in their price quote and nothing extra cost me anything! I would highly recommend anyone in Okotoks call them for appliance repair service first!

Contacted on a Friday morning for not working fridge, live on an acreage outside of Okotoks. Tech came that evening, diagnosed, came Monday with right parts. Performed repair. Best we could expect from anyone. Pleasure to deal with both business and technician.

Anna was very pleasant, we had a great experience with her. We bought our washer and dryer from Anna at SMS appliances. She’s very knowledgeable and she has answers to all your questions right away. They delivery team came by to do the delivery and install both appliances which also went well. They answered all our questions as well and even showed us what to do after they left.

I was having trouble with my dryer and decided to call SMS as they were close by and they could send a technician right away. Patrick arrived to fix my dryer. It was all fixed in no time! The service was superb and the price quite reasonable! I will definitely use them again.

Al was the service technician who showed up and assessed the issue we were experiencing. He was able to diagnose the problem and install the part the very next day. Al showed up when he said he was and fixed the issue.
