The garlic loaf and chicken is killer including the solid team during lunch hour rush! They make it look so easy! I wish they’d bring back the shrimps though!

Absolutely outstanding service at this location. We were disappointed to learn that there was no white meat available. My husband was fine with the dark meat however I am not. We ordered his meal and the server noticed that I didn't order anything. She promptly went back to the kitchen and said let me see what I can find for you. She came back with a lovely piece of white meat and didn't even charge for it! That kind of service in a fast food" restaurant is unheard of and is certainly a reason to return time and again! THANK YOU!"

I ordered over $45 of food asked for 10 ketchup packets I received 2 my cheesecake was supposed to be strawberry and sauce on the side, I received cherry sauce and when I called to complain they told me that they don’t have cherry sauce and absolutely nothing else was offered. It’s not the first time this location has screwed up my order. Unfortunately it’s the only one I can order from. Great service Swiss Chalet!

Order 3 quarter chicken meals for take out. Watched the the individual pack our meals. He was wearing gloves and touched all our food after he unboxed the boxes. Touched the handles on the oven, the refrigerator, trays with the same pair of gloves on. Talk about cross contamination. Chicken sat in the boxes getting cold while they waited for the rest of our order to be packed. Very disappointing. This is basic food handling

I highly recommend this location. Coming from someone who is not a big swiss chalet fan, I now look at it in a new light, the food, service and atmosphere was excellent 5 stars!

Had a dinner here. Ordered back ribs. It’s delicious. The area is clean and the ambience is quite good. The staff are pleasant to deal with. The order arrived quickly. No complaint.

Had a dinner here. Ordered wing and fries, the fries were soggy and the wings were hard and overly crunchy. Also ordered a thing of tenders with salad, was given a garden salad with the Caesar dressing (didn't order a garden style salad). The drinks we received were bottled and warm. The owner/manager was having a meeting with employees in the dining room where customers could hear. Do not recommend this location and will never be going back.

Tia went over and above for us showing us her warmth and love and generosity she showed us true hospitality and sat with us and took time to get to know us. We felt like we were down south .Thank you to everyone at this location... u will not regret it

The worst meal ever. Just ordered the fish and chips. As you can see, the inside of the fish was raw with uncooked batter and very very little fish. The fries were overcooked bits and pieces and soaked in oil. NEVER EAT HERE! UPDATE: They called me. First offered another fish and chips dinner. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Then offered me a $15 credit if I go into restaurant. AGAIN,NO. I am 70 and order my food in. I don't go to restaurants. Then she said they would get back to me. That was several hours ago. UPDATE 2: THE NEXT DAY AND STILL NO RESPONSE. WHAT A TERRIBLE FRANCHISE TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS.UPDATE: So, Swiss Chalet has chosen to ignore this problem! I will make negative comments whenever I see a posting from them. This is such a rude and disgusting treatment of a customer who had ordered from this restaurant almost once a week for the last couple of years.
