Simon is a good and honest man, and he came and diagnosed the problem that I had with my gas oven and told me the price to fix it before doing any work or taking any money. He had the parts in his van and fixed it within a half hour.He also gave me a Senior Discount and was very reasonable.I would call this shop again for any appliance repair.Very satisfied with the work.

Came right away when he was called and the service was great! Needed my dishwasher fixed and he got right on it for a reasonable price. They were very accommodating and friendly. Recommend to anyone who needs their appliances fixed!

No one showed up. When I called to see why not, they said I cancelled the appointment at 11:59 pm the night before. I was asleep, so I’m betting on a system error. Extremely frustrating but I will update my review should a technician show up for the newly rescheduled appointment…

Had Simon in to fix my dryer. He got it to run but failed to notice that it also ran at full heat (too hot) no matter what setting used. When I called him back he was unable/unwilling to stand behind his work.

Very unprofessional and unreliable person, he made me wait 3 hours to come and shows up to the job in a minivan with no ladder knowing he's coming to take a look at the AC unit on the roof of the building. I was told he's going to get a ladder and come back shortly. I waited around for another 4 hours. It's been 18 hours since he came to see me. I left him voice-mail and sent him text and no response. I'd stay away and save your time. Terrible service
