Dr Liang is wonderful and does a great job!!!!Front desk is also very nice and showing great care for patients!

Dr Liang is nice but the wait is very painful and ridiculous. Over 2 hrs. Even during the pandemic, the office is packed with people. Average wait is more than an hour. 99% of the patients with cataract are seniors. They need people to drive them to see Dr Liang or translate for them. I just wish they can manage the appointment time better.

Getting in touch with his office is a huge pain in the butt, and you better schedule at least 2 hours for each visit. BUT, my husband and I have been with Dr. Liange for longer than I care to remember (since we are now seniors), and he is the best there is, as far as we're concerned. He is extremely thorough and dedicated. For example, if something niggled" at him after your visit

Dr Liang was wonderful and cares about your eye he sent me to the specialist at St Michael Hospital with Dr Wong (Chief) to do some retinal laser treatment. Dr Liang was very quick with his referral as this was not his speciality, but I thank his care and professionalism when I was dealing with him.

A phenomenal physician who went above the call of duty to take care of my eye infection. Genuinely cares about his patient and he is very accommodating on fitting you in for follow ups!

This is the worst dental reception I have ever experienced. I assist various seniors in their daily livelihood. One senior asked me to call this office and to confirm an appointment. When I called around 9:45, got a recording saying the office does not open till 10:00 (its website says 9AM). Then when I called at 10:05, after about 3-minute ringtone, someone picked up the phone then hanged right up! I tried to call back 3 times, and received a busy signal each time. Very frustrating. Can't understand how it is worth its 5-star rating!!

Worse doctor ever.... Not sure what kind of operation he's running... But the office is supposed to open at 9...People are still waiting outside of Hus office 1.5 hours later. The answering machine says he's in and tells people to come to their appt as scheduled. If he's going to be late due to last minute emergency, at least get the receptionist to reschedule the day's appointment. Alternately, have the receptionist come to the office anyways to let people know. What a waste of people's time. People actually take time off work to come to their appt. Have the decency to be punctual!!! Ugh!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would! I called to make an appointment, and was told that I hadn't been there since 2020, so I should go see another doctor! Hello..COVID! I hadn't seen any doctors during that time! Very rude and condescending female on the phone. My situation was somewhat urgent, and instead of being helpful, she basically relayed a message from the dr to go elsewhere because he's too busy and doesn't have time for me. No referrals or suggestions on what to do! Highly Unprofessional. I hope she's right that he's retiring soon..at least then the hospital won't refer patients to this uncaring physician.

Office admin is terrible!! No one ever picks up the phone, messages can’t be left. Impossible to even attempt to make an appointment.

On Jun 26, 17, I brought my mom for the eye exam before cataract surgery, Dr Liang was VERY in detail and PATIENCE to explain to my mom about the situations, and definitely DOES NOT like those other doctors aiming to push and sell lens with extra cost that is not necessary. The optional measurement cost is very reasonable. The nurses at the front desk are polite and patience. I would highly recommend this doctor to my friends.Continue report after the 2nd eye surgery done to my mom. Dr. Liang is really a doctor with heart and patience. I do understand some patients may feel disappoint on the telephone, but honestly, a good doctor will have a lot of patients, we just need to be patience and you will see the bright side afterward.
