Ri cut my almost 2 year old sons wildly curly hair, and did a fantastic job at making him laugh and feel comfortable with all the tools. It is certainly a dance to cut children’s hair and Ri did a fantastic job moving around with him to cut it so stylishly.

Went for my first cut in months due to scheduling issues and had a lot of length to get rid of.The online booking process was great and being able to let them know of my extremely thick hair was an added bonus.I went in and showed Ri a pic of what I had in mind and just sat back and went with it.I got exactly what I was looking for in a major change of style and feel so much better for it.Conversation was great, environment was friendly and relaxed.I will definitely make this my go to for all future cuts.

Sacha has been my Brazilian and body wax specialist for almost 6 years now. I will follow her to the moon and back. Her at Custom Hair Lounge is the perfect match! Everyone is super friendly. It's been a long while since I stepped inside a salon (Pre-Covid) and the staff at Custom made me feel so welcome and at ease. Staff was personable and you can really tell that everyone sincerely enjoys working with everyone else. A very positive and uplifting environment.Emily is amazing and she transformed my hair. I have received so many compliments since having my hair done. Thank you again Emily and the rest of the staff at Custom for taking such good care of me.

Best waxing experience ever!I regularly get a Brazilian wax and full leg wax and no one is better at it than Sacha. So professional and personable. My bikini line has never looked so good :P Make sure to book your wax with Sacha, you will NOT be disappointed!

Everyone was very friendly and nice! I gave a picture for inspiration and the end results exceeded expectations as I had a lot of red and green in my hair from dyes, and wasn't sure how the transition would be.Mykayla did a wonderful job with my balayage and got the green to be almost entirely non existent and the red on my left side was almost beat out and what was left was blended well enough that it looked intentional and super pretty.Next time we should be able to get all the red out, but for now it still looks amazing and 1000% better than what I came in with. Thanks so much for your patience, Mykayla worked wonders :)

It’s so hard to find someone in town that can cut and style my hair as I have ringlet curls but Shannon did an amazing job! She gave me some nice layers and highlights and knew exactly what would work for my hair! I highly recommend her.
