The whole team was wonderful! Had our dish washer fixed in no time.

Prompt initial service call. Helpfull information in order to decide to replace oe repair. Parts were expensive but necessary. Friendly efficient and knowledgeable service personal.

Diagnosed, ordered parts, scheduled appointment as soon as parts were in and showed up on time. Dryer works better than it ever had. Even fixed a broken knob without being asked.

Have always been my go to for appliance repair. Most recently the knob on my dryer broke off making my dryer unusable in the middle of me doing laundry. I called over to Mr Appliance to see if by chance they had any knobs in stock (otherwise I’d be ordering on amazon), which they did. I drove over to pick it up, he had it behind the counter for me and for over $10 cheaper than amazon.

Honestly I wouldn’t call anyone but Mr. Appliance. They are always everything you would want, honest, on time, friendly and capable.

The repair man was on time, proficient, and had my washing machine repaired in less than an hour. Thank you.

Came out three times to do a repair on our washer, still not reloved. Called them to see if there was anything they could do and was told we were now past warranty (this process took 4 months and 3 visits). Left it alone for the winter as it is a very slow leak and didn't want them driving out here. Called them this spring and they told me they no longer service this area, and to bring it in. The person I have always dealt with there has horrible customer service, very abrasive every single time.

My dishwasher broke late December, a new one was bought and ready for pick up within the week. Mr appliance picked up the dishwasher but after told me they couldn’t install it for almost 3 weeks, not a big deal. 3 weeks come, they don’t get ahold of me, tech is late for the appointment, only for me to call them numerous times and finally get ahold of them, to be told the tech is sick and not coming. Another few weeks pass, tech shows up, installs the dishwasher to find out it was faulty out of the box. Again, not a huge deal a big inconvenience but whatever. Tech tells me, Himself/Mr appliance will order the motor it needs and come back to install it as soon as it’s in, a few more weeks go by no calls from Mr appliance. I call them again, numerous times to get ahold of them to find out the tech made no notes of the issue, and Mr appliance is doing nothing to rectify or fix the dishwasher. Back to square one.if you want to receive service and quality like this, use Mr appliance!
