Neil is amazing. I hired him last spring and summer to build a deck, repair fence, install new deck doors, add a kitchen backsplash, and completely renovate a full bath and a half bath. I was not sure what I wanted or needed. Neil guided me along the way always seeking out what would give me the best at the most reasonable price. I am completely satisfied with his work and recommend him to everyone I know. He will be back to do work in my basement.

Phoenix Innovations completed two projects for us to date (laundry room/mud room upgrade and a bathroom complete remodel) and both were exactly what we wanted. We are so happy with the end product. Neil is very good at listening but will offer suggestions if you aren’t exactly sure of what you want. He is extremely knowledgeable, does quality work and his service and attention to detail is exceptional.Hopefully we will have him back very soon for the next bathroom makeover!

Neil and his crew provided quality work at a fair price. They helped convert our deck from a a standard wood deck to a composite masterpiece with a hot tub, BBQ station and stone pillars. We are completely satisfied with their work and know it added equity to our house. More importantly we enjoy it as a family. I definitely would use Phoenix again and really enjoyed working with Neil.

Neil was absolutely amazing to work with. He came and did a quote right away, he was organized and informative. He gave us many options for a new deck. When it came time to build our deck, he showed up prepared and completed our deck within his quoted time and budget. I had such a wonderful experience working with Neil. They took an over used and abused basement and turned it into a masterpiece. The level of detail is outstanding. All trades that came in were professional. Things were left tidy at each days end. There were even final cleaners at the end. Would hire Phoenix Innovations time and time again.

We used Phoenix Innovations last week - Week of May 8th 2023 to install vinyl plank flooring in our main bathroom and also replace the baseboards in the same room. He also changed out 4 light fixtures for us and also installed new and more modern water shut off valves on all toilets in our home.We found Neil to be courteous, answered all of our questions and he also showed up on time, witch is a very rare this day and age.We are very pleased with his work and will not hesitate to refer him out to our friends. You can't go wrong using this company.

Neil has completed several projects for us - mostly big ones, but a couple small ones, too. He is fantastic to work with. Not only is he talented and extremely handy, he is efficient, prompt, timely, and always professional. Completed projects are beautiful and structurally sound. Perhaps the most surprising aspect of his talents is his great judgement/taste. His solutions are always aesthetically great. I highly recommend Neil for any home improvement work!
