Bad experience here. I made an order through Ritual, and the restaurant declined it 10 mins later because they were out of the pizza slice. They wouldn’t honour the promo code once I arrived and I had biked across the city to pick it up (close to home). The staff were unhelpful and I ended up going to Mamma’s Pizza (much nicer staff).

Pizzaiolo is good. Very good. But they have a very special pizza. Some call it the Godfather of pizzas. It's the most delicious pizza to have ever existed. And this place has it. You go there, you ask for a slice of the Godfather pizza, and then you come back here to Google and thank me for my recommendation.Vegetarians need not apply.

Don't order from this place for delivery unless you have about extra 40-50 min. We ordered more than 5 times so far and without a fail, they have been incredibly late. Whenever I call to ask the status, they are just telling me the food is on its way, but 45 min late? Hopefully they can get their delivery mass fixed soon

Retried this place 6 months later. It is still very bland / disgusting (Pizza Pizza style). Ate 1 slice and threw rest out. Probably not their fault. Canadian chains don't know how to make a good, energy rich, tasty Pizza. Avoid this place.

Should’ve listened to the reviews. Took over an hour to deliver and I was staying only several blocks away. I ordered a deep dish and PAID EXTRA for a deep dish and revived a normal pizza. I also ordered extra cheese and pepperoni, that I also paid extra for, guess what, no extra toppings. Also the pizza was delivered undercooked with doughy crust, likeso doughy it was not edible. Disgusting and SO overpriced. Kicking myself, I should’ve just lit 50 dollars on fire instead. Save yourself and don’t order from here.

This location had one of the best pizzas. Fresh, generous topping and perfect crust. They have good seating area and nice service. I went on Saturday night and didn’t have plenty of options to choose from. Overall, good place to enjoy some real good pizza, decent portion and fair price

The pizza was fresh, the toppings were plentiful and had it not stayed a little too long in the oven for my preference, the crust would’ve been perfect.The price was right 5$ for two giant slices. And they have an option to add a pop for 1$ more!The sauce had just the right amount of spices.The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there was limited seating and none of the tables had been wiped off yet and it wasn’t during a rush.Otherwise it was a pleasant experience at this location. Would recommended and will go back to try more!
