My iphone x was wtuck in restore mode n apple could not fix it n they said it har motherboard issues. I tuk my phone to this store and Moo fixed my phone in 1 hour and i dint loose any of my data. Best technician in burnaby Highly recommend

Not impressed at all, ruined my iPad, I had the glass replaced earlier this year and when I picked it up after shopping the peel back film tab was glued behind the new glass screen. He had to pry the new glass up a little bit to pull the plastic tab out and ever since it didn't reseal properly. I had to take it back and he had to reinstall and reglue it. He did such a terrible job the second time, it was full of dust and dirt inside from redoing it, he never bothered making sure it was clean and dust free, and started having many problems because of all the trapped dirt inside the screen. I gave up, took it to a new repair place and had to pay for a whole new Glass and Screen to be installed. Very unprofessional, poor workmanship and a waste of money, won't be taking anything there again. Lougheed Mall location. Edit to add: In response to Owners reply, as already stated above I gave up and had to take it to another repair place and pay for them to fix and install a new screen properly. Sadly they said all the dirt trapped inside from your repair (twice) damaged the display. I have photos of all the dirt that was left inside.

Worst experience I have ever had with a cell phone repair store. The usual shop I go to is closed Sunday, so I gave this guy a shot on replacing my broken iPhone screen.I got the phone back and immediately there were issues. My calls would hang up mid call; I had to start talking on speaker phone only. Then the dimming stopped working properly, some times no matter if I turned the brightness on full I couldn't read the screen. Then the phone would start locking, randomly, as I was using the phone (writing a message, reading a page etc). This is in the first week. Unfortunately I had a fully booked schedule and couldn't make it down to bring back. The next week it continued and I booked off a couple of hours on the following Monday to bring it down. The screen also kept popping out- so I would gently push it back in place. One time, the screen cracked when I did this.So finally, it is 2 weeks later and I have the time off to bring it back in. The guy won't fix it as the screen is cracked now. Wants me to pay for a new screen for him to fix the issues. My issue isn't the cost, it's lack of acceptance of responsibility. If I am going to have to pay again, I would prefer to pay literally anyone else.I would avoid this location at all costs. It was terrible work, and the guy at the location (same guy every time) is confrontational, unhelpful, and uncaring. No wonder there are other 1 star reviews. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Replaced my AMOLED screen with an LCD screen for a hefty price ($170 with tax) (For reference, buying the screen on its own would cost around $50). Screen has been malfunctioning recently, frequently doesn't respond to touches and is practically unusable at times. Asked about replacing the LCD with an AMOLED due to battery issues, they said they'd call me back and didn't. Would not recommend.

I went in today to have the charging port on my Samsung repaired. I dropped off my phone and took my daughter for a bite to eat. When I came back to pick up my phone the repair man (Irshad) said that there was no charge since it was an easy fix. When I insisted that I pay him for his time he said that if I wanted I could give an honest review of his services online. Irshad really made my day and I highly recommend his services if you are looking for an honest repairman. I will definitely only be going to him and recommending him to everyone I know. They are so disappointing! I paid deposit to replace my cellphone battery. They said they would call me when the new battery arrived and it usually took one business day. They didn't call me for a whole week! When I called, they said I could come the next day. When I finally got there around 10 days after paying the deposit, they said my battery hadn't arrived!! I agree with another reviewer's words: it's a shame such a store was/is still on service!

Honestly, they just change price they dont have fix price, i went there to ask price for my phone and that day man said 25$ to 30$ . after 3 days, i took my phone to repair on same shop and another person said 65$ to 70$. You guys are in mall and you should have one price. I dont think so people should go for them

This place is terrible. I purchased a glass screen protector. It wasnt set right and it broke in less than 24 hours. They said all they can do is sell me another one. What a joke! I asked for a replacement they refused and refused a refund. Do not go here!
