This is a wonderful store and an added value to the community. The store is well stocked with tremendous variety. The drawbacks are all the trailers parked in the parking lot. Forces the staff to move into prime spots and make customers park farther down the plaza. The absolutely worst issue is the checkout!! They funnel everyone into 1 lane or maybe 2 and the lanes are long. Why are they not cross training from other depts to get paying" customers out the door. Where is this well liked owner when you are waiting 20mins to purchase 1 item?"

Went to the store to buy a new shovel, and the plants were 50 percent off so I got some plants for my garden, but the garden centre and store both had separate entrances, and the employees didn't look happy to be working there. They were all slouching and the garden centre associate kept looking at her nails instead of being attentive to customer needs.

They had what I needed, but the price for 1 ignition coil was over 6x higher that what I would pay for a set of 6 on amazon, but since my car was crippled I had no other option. Unfortunately, their mechanics were not in on Sunday and they were not able to lend me a set of tools I needed to get the job done on my own. Being from out of town with car trouble left me in a bit of a pickle. All I can say, was they did have what I needed, but their price was too high.

I visited this store earlier and WOW what an amazing store!!! The staff were friendly, store was clean and tidy and items were so easy to find.A few of my favourites from my visit (pics attached)The Cuisinart mats which I LOVE!!! Amazing quality at a super reasonable price - very nice designs and varietyThe Disney Christmas tea towels and oven mitts - I was OBSESSED!!!! Great for stocking stuffers for anybody in your life. Even a great last-minute gift ideas for anybody - teachers, neighbours etc.Would definitely visit again!!!!

Saw a sale price on a couple SUPs. Was going to buy them even though it’s November, as it was 20x point day, went home to Paris to borrow a truck from a friend. Came back and store had change the price. They said I was mistaken that they haven’t been on sale since August. Well that may be but you had the sale price on it and I wasted a lot of time getting a truck etc. they persisted that I was mistaken and the picture I had taken of the price they told me was from a different store, then why wouldn’t I buy it at that store? And why does the 2nd pic from your store look identical ? And why do you not want to get rid of 1000k in inventory ?????? I hate leaving bad reviews for local companies especially because the young man in sports was trying to get the manger to help but the manager wouldn’t even come to customer service to discuss. Must have had better things to do than deal with a customer trying to spend money.

Good store. Good location. Lots of available product. But little to no staff working throughout the store. The focus seems to be only having staff at the front end. The result is customers having to fend for themselves trying to find things. Do better Canadian Tire. Don’t turn into a glorified warehouse.

The Christmas department was pretty much empty. The rest of the store was limited. The coffee machine I wanted was out of stock. The line up to pay was massive. Parking was complete mayhem, it was all pretty wonderful. It felt like Christmas again and it’s still November. Try later in the day. But Saturday’s are complete craziness. I went back three days later and got the coffee machine I wanted and it was still on sale. Be sure to check others stores like Bed bath and beyond for comparative shopping.

Mostly getting what we came for. Stuff is there but wont pay attention to the customer if not necessarily needed. - it feels a bit like hide and seek. Just a simple smile, a short hi would make the experience much better.Also not even a good bye at the self check out.

Great store for your everyday needs. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Fair enough prices and they have sales often.

Management has the worst customer service ever.I bought two of the Astilbes in FULL PRICE two weeks ago, one in white version and one in pink version. The cashier scanned the tags and told me the system said one was okay to exchange and the other one was final sale. I was not being told the nature of the sale when I bought them. Otherwise I would have not done so.They told me one of them is annual so it’s final sale. I was like, first of all, both of them were the same plants but in different colours. Second of all, both tags on the pot said “perennial” (see picture). They chose to ignore the logic. I was already compromising to take store credit. It’s your fault not to inform your customers it’s final sale.The “‘manager” was not trying to solve the problem. Sure, I formally informed them I’ll submit a consumer complaint to the city as it was listed the first step on the government website. The “manager” was like “go right ahead”. The whole experience was awful and no respect or communication/negotiation. I’ll never come back. Home Depot has way better customer service and at least be professional and be respectful.It didn’t cost much to see how bad the management was and how horrible the return policy they have. :)
