I have been going to Mr Jones for over 15 years. I would not trust anyone else with my taxes. Even though I recently moved to Toronto, I will still make that trip down to get my taxes done by the best, Mr Jones. He is a good man that truly cares about his clients. 5*

Spent 1.5 hours in the waiting room even though we came exactly at the time of the appointment. I thought it was just us but saw that every other client there has been waiting. Really unorganized and poor client service.Don't waste your time unless you enjoy hospital wait times and service.

I have been doing my taxes with Clarence for the last couple of years. I mentioned to him last year that I often receive notice of assessments and he insisted next time to not pay before reaching out to him, which I was grateful for.This year, I received a letter stating I owe $, and reached out to him right away.2 weeks later and he has not responded to any of the e-mails or calls/messages I have left him - he is not on vacation per reception, just either on the phone or not in for the morning".Get the immediate feeling that unless you PAY for his time

I just left this gentleman's office and 5 out of 5 isn't high enough of a score. He took the time you not only explain to me all of my options , but he also waited patiently while I ran to the car to go get more documents. Take your taxes to this guy! He's amazing
