Brad was patient and flexible with our design needs. He also respected our limited budget.This is 10 months after they installed our new Church PA, and we are still impressed with how beautiful it sounds. Absolutely no issues with reliability. ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES. This is why we hired the professionals.I am very hands-on with our church sound system design, and the guys at Pro Sound gave me EXACTLY what I wanted, even though I went against their recommendation on some of the gear decisions ;)Our final result is a complete sound system that delivers exceptional clarity and musicality for Sunday morning gatherings.I might add that our volunteer operators were able to get up to speed with the new digital system within a couple of days thanks to the straightforward design work.
