Called to get a line on a swimming pool pump, and Western indicated they are wholesale only. Had an old business card from Western where they provided a previous pump need, so that's why I called. They seem to have changed to deal with wholesale trade only, so just a heads up. Best to get your retail household level needs at a spa store. (Not a complaint, just to help guide you.They didn't seem pleased that I wasted their time.)

Very helpful finding everything I needed to start up my pool. Super friendly staff too, they helped carry everything out without even asking which was really nice of them.. I wanted to go somewhere where they knew what they were talking about and could get some info about starting a pool and I got exactly what I was looking for.

Bought a pump off them, ended up not needing it and they took it back with no issues.Also helped me trouble shoot the issue and was able to salvage my current pump.Highly recommend

Old guy at the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissive. Went there for a bulkhead because I was told by an aquarium store that they buy their bulkheads from them. Went in, was told that they don't carry those bulkheads. Went back to the store and had them order from the exact location I was just at. What a useless man.
