We had great service while there today. Was looking for a king bed spring but the man working today suggested 2 twins because it's easier to manage and equal a king...thank god he did because it was so easy and light !!!They are one of the only places that actually carry stock so you don't need to wait a couple days for delivery.You can have it that day !!!!Definitely recommend this place !

I have needed a new mattress for years now, but hate buying them…….Zed’s was really different.The buying experience is a blend of a « made in BC » mattress, plus Kim’s advice and knowledge made it very easy.In fact, I can remember saying out loud to Kim, « Well, that was easy! ». For someone who hates buying mattresses, that is saying a lot.The mattress, you ask? Perfect.

Buying a new mattress represented a relatively substantial investment of time, energy, and money for me. I also knew that at this point in my life — as I slipped into being a “senior” and with a lifetime’s worth of various bodily smash-ups nightly causing me increasing physical duress — the mattress-acquisition process would be a significant one for me.Over the course of a couple weeks, I visited 4 major ‘in-town’ bed stores, lying for as long as 20 minutes on any given mattress … before I finally got to Zeds Beds in Langford. I won’t go into the details of what happened during my visits to those ‘in-town’ stores, but I will say that it was pretty consistently the opposite of what happened at Zeds Beds.Glen greeted me as I entered the store — and it became obvious quite quickly that he was, foremost, genuinely interested in improving my nightly sleeping experience (and, by extension, my quality of life). He answered my (numerous) questions appropriately & knowledgeably, never rushing me in my own process. As well, during our chat (well, ‘chats’ — I visited Zeds Beds on consecutive days to retry a couple of mattresses) there was never a hint of up-selling from Glen. All Glen’s info was useful and on-point, including Zeds Beds return policy if in the end I chose a mattress which didn’t work for me after all. That was reassuring…My mattress arrived before the date Glen promised, which was a bonus since we were hosting guests that weekend (who used my old bed). I’d chosen a mattress that was a bit firmer, and wouldn’t you know it, as a result, the first few nights I slept on it my back hurt (albeit, decreasingly). Glen was happy to talk about the possibilities there, and encouraged me to stick with my new mattress for awhile “to give it a chance to get broken in.” Again, he was right about that — it’s been three weeks now and I’m sleeping as well as I ever have during the past handful of years…I’m grateful for Glen’s time & thoughtfulness, and I wanted to make sure he knows it!

Excellent service, affordable great quality beds. The communication was excellent, there was a long backorder for the bed I wanted, so they offered me many options at the same price, including discounting higher priced beds. I chose to wait for the original I ordered and they kept in contact until it was delivered, even threw in a free pillow for the wait. These guys are awesome, I didn't pay for assembly but the delivery staff brought the very heavy boxes up two stair cases to my bedroom. Such great people, will definitely return for future purchases.

Had an amazing experience with Glen who was a pleasure to work with. I let Glen know exactly what I was looking for - a mattress on a budget. Without even a thought of trying to upsell me he showed me three great options well within the price range I was looking for. Next thing I knew Glen was doing up the paperwork for the mattress I chose then I went on with the rest of my day. Delivery was prompt and they even took the old mattress away which I understand isn't something that most other companies are not even offering at this time. Wonderful, wonderful service!

I was so lost when it came to buying my daughter's first big girl bed but zeds made it so easy!! The saleswoman in store was so helpful and honest about everything! They were closed on the only day off I had but made sure I was able to get the mattress no problem! Highly recommend and will definitely go back when she outgrows this one!
