the service was good when we started ordering from them last year. then the problems crept up. Delayed pick up. extremely poor job at cleaning and folding. forgetting instructions. having to re-clean to get out simple, easily removable stains. falling behind on delivery. As of now, their quality of service simply isn't competitive enough or even worth their prices. In a market that has many stellar delivery-dry clean services, there are multiple, far better, services available at your fingertips. The photograph you see is of a 'folded' dry-cleaned shirt the moment it came out of packaging! I think it is aptly indicative of the quality of their service.
