We used Sue and Moe to buy a house when we moved across the country from the Vancouver area to the Ottawa area. We had specific requirements of what we needed in our house due to our son. The experience of the team started prior to our arrival in Ottawa for our house hunting trip. They use a software platform that is easy to use and uses lots of filters to allow you to find what your looking for.Upon arrival, we had only 5 days to buy a house. Sue had a plan laid out and appointments booked every day. She lead us around avoiding traffic and maximizing our time here. She found us a home that had just been listed.As soon as we walked in we knew this was the place we wanted. Before arriving back at her office she had organized all the necessary inspections required and shortly thereafter we had an accepted offer below asking price.During the inspections Sue was able to get an engineer out to review two issues found by the inspectors.We got our home and we love it. I wouldn't consider using anyone else for our real estate needs in this area. Sue is always learning, asking questions and providing guidance to her clients. Moe is very thorough and straight talking. Both are good people with whom you can trust with your time and money.

I have made some good decisions in my life but one of the best ones was to sell my family’s estate sale home with Susan and Moe’s team. It was a difficult time for us and from the the very first moment, Susan took charge and directed her talented and creative team to develop a sales plan that covered everything from print to electronic to video. I needed to sell my condo fast AND get a great price for it, and Adam, Susan, and the rest of their team made that happen. They provided excellent, very specific advice about staging (all of which was very manageable in a short time) and scripted an impressive video for the mls listing. I had plenty of showings over a short period and the kind of enthusiastic response that generated the price for which I was hoping. Communication was clear, responses were quick, and all the little details of dealing with purchasers, lawyers, and mortgage brokers were very ably dealt with (thanks, Lana). Adam also helped me negotiate the purchase of a new-build home from the builder (whose own sales agent was not particularly friendly), after patiently showing me all of my options in re-sales.
