A wonderful surprise. We get into Squamish after 9 Friday and they had just closed (9:05) so we continued on and found this place. Independent" with the word Pharmacy over the door but it looked like a grocery store so we went in... AMAZING! and good prices too... we WILL be back."

I have shopped here many times. I give up. Very poor produce. Old, wilted, flavourless, rarely fresh - just unacceptable.

Very strange. Had no milk. Plants out front were all drooping or dead from lack of water. Several other things on our list out of stock. Gave up and went to a different store.

It seems they're often out of what I'm looking for. Butter. Brie. Yogurt. Eggs. Spinach. Creamo. But it's close to home and always has oranges, apples, and bananas. The staff are friendly and helpful. Wait times are minimal. They always have milk.

Terrible selection. And as I approached the deli, eager to remedy an already bad experience I found that I couldn't get what I needed, as it was closed for 15min for someone's break while a multitude of employees stood idly by chatting. Next time I'm around Independent I'll be sure to hit the nearest dumpster for an equally appealing experience.

Nice store but options are limited. Has what most people need but do not expect specialty items or any diapers restriction specialties.

Lots of choice, good produce, nice wide aisles. Feels like a treat after the Independent in Whistler where you can't walk by another person without knocking something off the shelf.

Fair amount of vegan things here including some beyond meat, impossible, silk yogurt, Gardein, PC brand things, violife, and other things. Could be a bit more stocked but a fairly big store. Good amount of parking, really nice views outside. Good location.
