This is from a visit some time ago. I don't care to go into great detail but suffice to say their business is geared towards contractors and larger scale projects and unless you are making a big purchase they will minimize their time with you and seemingly don't care about you. I ended up at the Benjamin Moore in Pickering which happened to be closer to me anyways. Fantastic customer service there and I got the advice and samples I was looking for my small project. Not a shill for the Pickering Location and this is my honest experience. Also went to another Benjamin Moore (google Serendib) for custom stain in Scarborough: also great service.

We wanted to repaint our home and we stopped by at this location to pickup the paint but the owner who made very clear that he is was extremely rude and condescending to my elderly mother and when confronted he decided to be passive aggressive and refuse us service. Which was a blessing because we ended up going to another Benjamin moore location and got the same paint cheaper! Who knew?Dont bother with this miserable man...

I am thrilled with the service I received from the staff at this Benjamin Moore distributor. They went above and beyond my expectations and colour matched a touch up paint that matched my wall perfectly. It took some time to get it right but when I got home 100% accurate. Thank you!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Absolutely no one approached us in the store, and.. we were the only customers inside the store. How do you stay in business? I will take my business to Pickering.

Have used this paint store a few times. True story my father was a painter and he swore by Benjamin Moore Paints for life. He always used it when he could. It stuck by me for ever.Nowadays you can bring a swatch of anything in and they can match your color and paint. There are many variations of paint used for different areas of the house .Obviously Inside or outside. Also High traffic areas and kitchen and bathroom areas which need to be washed down. Trim needs different paint. Plus ( hi gloss, latex, oil based, eggshell, flat, enamel etc etc ) Talk to a specialist if you don't know. Here they will help you.

My kitchen cupboards needed touching up - just those spots that get worn with hands, cleaning, etc. All I had to go by for colour reference were the tiny flakes that had fallen off a particularly worn spot at the floor (hence the need for the touch up). They were tiny and brittle, and even as the girl was looking at them they were breaking so in the end she had a flake the size of a pea to go by to try and match the colour. She did it. PERFECTLY!!! I'm so please and so impressed!! I hope to go by the store to thank her personally and to let her manager know how much her expertise and efforts are appreciated.

Excellent paint quality and coverage. The prices are a bit too steep but you pay for quality. Disappointing that the one gallon cans are not as sturdy as they once were for 30 plus years. The can walls are so thin that sealing a can for furure use even with using a rubber mallet gently but positively deforms the can and the positive seal required: minor issue. No splatter and great results. Thank you. I believe Benjamin Moore products have improved greatly over the last 5 plus years.

Great prices, esp if you create an account.Fast service, orders are usually ready within 15 mins.Excellent location, with very attentive and helpful staff.These guys made getting paint a piece of cake, esp. with all these extreme covid restrictions.
