I would not recommend this management company. Very inflexible, hidden fees and an overall bad attitude. We were extremely disappointed in almost every interaction with them. A very dictatorial approach and not an ounce of customer insight. They provide a minimal level of service and want you to engage a lawyer for a lot of things. This is from our perspective. Save yourself a lot of hardship.
