He makes sure I have the product I need, follows up on delivery times and makes sure I am satisfied with the product when it arrives. Very horrible communication from my rep who i ordered my windows through. Ordered the windows in early April and still have not received them nor gotten a firm date as to when they are to arrive. I understand with Covid everything is backlogged and its not their fault. However when I have to constantly call after each date they were supposed arrive and didn't it gets extremely frustrating. Especially when i get told I'll contact the company to find out when they are due to ship and call you back.
