My boiler broke down and contacting rival plumbing Thursday evening, I had an appointment Friday and new boiler Tuesday. Very quick and professional service. Spencer did really well swapping our old boiler to a new navien tankless. He answered all my ridiculous questions and it's a pleasure to see good tradesmen for a change. So, thank you team rival. I will definitely recommend you in the future.

I had an issue with one of my drainage pipes and someone referred me to Spencer so I messaged him and he responded in a timely manner. He was able to squeeze me in the next day! He was able to resolve the issue and was very knowledgeable as well, he gave me some tips to prevent the issue from happening again. I would highly recommend giving him a call when you’re in need of a plumber!
