We recently had Guy come to our home on 2 occasions for service. He is a super nice guy & very personable. Solved the problem very quickly...Should we have to call Fortis BC in the future, I hope he is the one that attends.

Well folks they will charge you regardless if you do not use or need. they have a service fee each and every month and nothing you can do about this. I wish i had a business model like this.

Piss poor business practice. Charging consumers for there technical failures. Crooked right alone the lines of hydro and ICBC.
