Calgary Hearing Aid and Audiology (CHAA) was the fourth hearing aid company that I checked out in the pursuit of hearing aids. CHAA and specifically Karen at the Market Mall office were highly recommended by a very good friend. She indicated Karen was excellent for service and support, traits that I have learned are essential when buying hearing aids. Karen was the reason why I purchased from CHAA rather than any of the other companies. Key details:- Karen got me to try out three different models for 3-4 weeks each to make sure that I got the right set of hearing aids.- At my request, since I have a strong science background, she requested and passed on to me all of the background scientific literature on each of the hearing aid models.- She updated all of my hearing tests to make sure that my hearing aids were calibrated correctly when I received them.- The cost was reasonable.
