Owner was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the intricacies of winemaking to us. Very laid-back atmosphere and felt no pressure to buy.Everything someone would need to get into beer or wine making.

Old guy thats been there forever. He sold brewing supplies to my dad when i was a kid, and now to me. Great local business to support. Very knowledgeable

Owner was very helpful and full of great information.

I went to park in front of the strip mall that this store is located in at 11:15 am on a Monday and the man working there came out and rudely yelled at me to move my car. When I explained that I was just running in to pick up something from the office above him he yelled at me that it was his parking, not theirs. When I said that it is public parking he continued to argue with me until I moved my car. I was in and out in less than 5 mins and he had NO customers. If you plan on shopping here, expect to have your head chewed off when you park. Even if I had the intentions of purchasing a wine making kit in the future, it would definitely not be here. As a business, in this day and age, you should never alienate a potential customer.

Owner was very helpful. No pressure. Answered all my questions... no matter how mundane. Not sure where the 1star review came from but it couldn't be this store and definitely not the same owner.

Don isn't just the proprietor at Wine-Kraft, he's the brewing/winemaking Guru. If he doesn't know about it, it likely doesn't exist. I've been going in there for a coupla' decades now, and I'm not convinced I'm considered an old customer" yet. If you're experienced brewer or a "noob"

The young man who runs the shop is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and had been very patient with my many questions as I start to learn the hobby. He obviously is passionate about wine making and has all the know-how to help you get started! 10/10
