I won’t be shopping here again after today and here’s why:- The sales rep (tall asian man) pretended or perhaps doesn’t bother to help me find an item and said if it isn’t on display then we don’t carry it or not in stock. I asked a different rep nearby and he was helpful to know exactly what I wanted and luckily I got the last item.The 2 stars instead of one was due to the kindness of the second rep, you know who you’re! Keep it up :)- Finally, the lady cashier(young blond hair) doesn’t bother to smile and if she did it doesn’t come off genuine. I can sense negativity. Just bad vibes all around.Overall, I’ve shopped here before and this was only my 3rd visit and my first purchase. If you’re reading and know what I’m talking about. I don’t know what happen during your day or week that inadvertently lead you to treating people like this. I have No hard feeling but can relate…Just know we have an obligation to uphold etc…All it takes is a little kindness that’s all.

Went in to buy runners and was helped my Trevor in the running shoes section. He was very knowledgeable and gave tons of helpful advice while being patient and listening to any concerns and questions I had. He really seemed to enjoy his job and was doing it to the absolute best of his ability which is always nice to see. Even when there wasn’t my size in the shoe I wanted, he explained to me how I could buy them on the website with free shipping which was also really nice. Overall great experience, made better by the sales associate.

They have a great selection of items and good deals…but good luck getting help in the store. Went in twice to buy a ski boot, came in with my socks and skis ready to drop $500, but no one was able there to help me find the boots or size. Came in Tuesday and Thursday mid-day, store is empty and still couldn’t find help :(

Don’t shop here. It sucks! I ordered a pair of shoes and then got the wrong order. The told me they had what I had ordered in stock but refused to send me the correct item after I agreed to send back the wrong item. After giving up on getting my original order they sent a shipping label for a courier far from where I lived and expected me to go to that facility to drop the mistake item off. Honestly you want me to go out of my way for your mistake? Who has have time for that!? Should have offered to give easily accessible shipping label. I won’t shop here again.

This store is in Burnaby Brentwood, P2 inside the Mall. The store mainly sells outdoor sports products, with many brands and fashionable styles. You can choose the style you like. The parking lot is large and wide, which is a good place for shopping.

Their staff and service are so amazing!! We bought ski and ski boots online on a clearance/non-refundable price and super worried that they didn’t fit. After we got our items, we went to the store. The young lady in winter sports section was so nice and patient- she helped us try on our boots, made them more comfortable/fitting, and she also gave us many useful tips. Thanks so much!!!

This store is huge and has lots of selection. The only problem is that it has only THREE checkout tills, which also function as customer service/returns. That means you'll be waiting FOREVER to make a purchase on a busy day. Despite each till having two cashiers (one of them usually just acts busy), they show no sense of urgency and the every transaction is painstakingly slow.If you're the store owner and reading this, YOU NEED TO BUILD MORE TILLS so people can actually pay for stuff. And while you're at it, you should build a dedicated return counter so that a few returns bunched together doesn't block the entire checkout line for 5 minutes.

I am so regret that I made my purchase with sporting life.I wish I spent my money somewhere eg sport check or footlocker at least I feel the welcoming n customer service. Very bad shopping experience. When reach out with customer service. They professionally reply the link how to remove enrollment n unsubscribe.Feel like they do not care and not value a customer who only purchase $335 from the store . Iwonder if someone spent over $1000 or more. Will she be treated nicely ? .I sharing with friends they are noy surprise by how they handle this.Will never go back again .

First time coming over for a runner. Spacious and friendly staff. A lot of gears and apparels to choose from. Special mention about Tiza at the runner section. She is super helpful, left me enough time to try different pairs, and responded promptly with good enough advice whenever I needed. Sure will come back.
