Joe and his team are very professional and friendly. They helped me to get my broken hot tub working again with a very fair price in short time. Also when I called them to empty my tub and prepare for winter, they came with in three days, and got everything done. Highly recommend.

I arrived home after work in late December to find my hot tub off and the breaker tripped. The weather was about to drop to -20 in the next few days so I was concerned to get it fixed before it froze.I was referred to Platinum during an after hours call to a hot tub store. He forwarded my info to Joe and within a half hour we were on the phone helping me troubleshoot the problem (I'm handy with power and mechanical), and within another half hour we had a solution and the tub was running with the pump only. Problem was a bad heater.Service appointment was made for noon the next day and they turned up right on time with the right part and went right to work. While working they answered a bunch of questions too.I would recommend Platinum to anybody with a pool or spa. These guys are pros. No way they get less than 5 stars!

I needed some maintenance done on my pool. My pump had stopped working and I could not figure out what the issue was. I called platinum pool & spa and they were very helpful.Joe was able to come quickly and fixed the issue with no problems. This company is punctual, efficient and friendly. While assessing the problem, they even taught me a couple of quick pointers about my hot tub. I didn’t know service like this existed until today. Changing over to Platinum from the other service company I was using. Thanks Joe!

Joe and his team were fantastic. My hot tub kept tripping the breaker and Joe reached back out right away and was able to come by to give me a diagnoses within a day. His communication leading up and during was great (not like the norm I’m accustomed to nowadays). Joe had a diagnoses within 15-20 minutes and was back with the new heater within 2 days to install. Joe also made some very logical suggestions which were cost effective and would save money next time should we have any further issues. Highly recommended and I will reach out to Joe and his team for anything hot tub related moving forwards

I hired this company to do some leak repair work on my hot tub. The technician showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to share some tips and advice to prevent future breaks from happening. I was given a range of cost and was very happy that my repair landed within the range given. These guys were exceptional. 6/5 stars if I could.

Great work by these guys! I had a leak and they were life savers! Not only did they repair the leak, they kept me informed along the way and then helped me set it up when they brought it back to my house. The repair wasn't small and they did it quickly and got me back up and running. I'd recommend these guys to anyone having any pool or spa problems.

Our hot tub had some water freeze in the pipes during Winter which caused some issues with one of the pumps. After reaching out via their website, Joe quickly scheduled a technician visit, Steve arrived on time and sent a text in-advance to let us know he was enroute. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem and returned a few days later with a new pump. The entire process was smooth and very efficient, with excellent attention to detail and communication. so we just bought this place with a pool and a few things happened simultaneously and I got a bit confused on how to rectify. Platinum coached me over video chat well into the evening to get me out of a bind. Platinum were patient, professional and very competent... and very reasonably priced. I will definitely use again in the future.
