Unleashed Studio Halifax

I have tried contacting this facility every way possible email messaging on Instagram I have tried calling and I had paid for a class in advanced and I was unable to make that class so I wanted to move the money to a different day Or get a refund so I could re-book and I am unable to get a hold of this facility no one has emailed me back you cannot leave a voicemail and no one has responded to my Instagram messages either, I’ve reached out both to the Halifax and Dartmouth location with no luck, honestly terrible customer service

I absolutely adore this studio and instructors. It has become my happy place. Very judgement free and encouraging atmosphere. I've been going regularly to pole, pole dancing, fitness and a variety of drop in workshops for about 2 years now !
