A complete debacle when it came time to warranty a 140,000$ Lexus LS 500.Electrical issues not repaired and blamed customer instead on obvious issues that are recurring with the vehicles internal electrical system.For eg running a dash cam should not cause the accessories to short out.If you have a Lexus, do not take here for warranty.We as customers, expect far superior service from Lexus than a gravel lot dealer.

I met Samantha for the first time when taking my IS350 in for an oil change service and front tire replacement. Samantha greeted me quickly, and was efficient and friendly when discussing the work to be done and the loaner car. She has a high degree of technical knowledge regarding Lexus automobiles. I received two phone calls from her during the service and was kept informed about the progress of the work. Samantha is very capable and very professional - a great addition to the staff at JP Lexus.

Samantha and the service team were amazing to deal with. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed fixed without major disruption to my life. Its exactly the type of service I expect from a service department but have never received.
