Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen I received an email saying the delivery date would be May 3/23 when I never received the product I did some calling around and got so many different stories then received more emails with different times thankfully I took screenshots the last 2 days it started moving again according to the tracking number yet still no one knows where it is this all started on April 2 with no results to date and nothing but passing the buck and different story from everyone I’ve spoken to this is without a doubt the absolute worst trucking/delivery company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with and the only reason there is one star is because they don’t let you post the review without at least one

Customer service in Edmonton lied about delivery times and fed us all kinds of reasons for delaying the shipment. This company is a JOKE!!! I am telling everyone not to use their services anymore. 2 of my friends already moved onto another shipper. Never again!

From what I can tell they have stolen my TVThey called Dec 29th 2022 to confirm that they had the TV in Calgary and deliver to my area directly on Wednesdays so they can have a 2 man crew. Booked appointment for January 4th, morning of the 4th I got a call they had mistakenly shipped to Red Deer and would contact me once my TV was located. I have called Calgary and customer service multiple times since. Customer service says it's in Calgary, Calgary won't even take my calls. Today is January 10th, I am waiting for call backs from 4 different people from the company. Also they have no notes on file about anything so each new person tells me it's in Calgary and I need to book a delivery.

Buyer beware! Do NOT use Day & Ross ! They have been holding an order of over $5,000 of mine for a week now and their excuse is that they implemented a new computer system and AB system does not talk to the NB system so tracking can not be used. They also had an excuse that the shipment is somewhere in their warehouse in Edmonton and they will get to it but not sure when! Every time I call, they can not track the order and I get a blanket reply of undetermined ETA. Disgusting customer service. How can they be in the service industry when their customer care people just hand out sorry there is no such order" or "that tracking number is not in purchase system".Today I have asked for compensation for the value of the entire order as I have to purchase the product elsewhere. All $5700 worth!I will also add that the last three orders have been dumped in a snow bank

The worst customer service and shipping company we have ever used. We've used several shipping companies for our company and Day and Ross is by far the worst. No accountability and horrible service. The don't scan items into the terminal so you know it's arrived, they don't call you when your package is there because your supposed to just read minds, you call the 1-800 number and no one can give you answers, no one calls you back and no one can reach the terminals. Will never ever use Day and Ross again. So many more companies who would gladly take our money and actually provide service and do there jobs. In this economy there is no room for people who are incompetent, those companies don't stick around for long.

Super slow, no information on shipments. I thought luggage at airports was bad but they look like superstars compared to these guys!

Shipment arrived in Calgary. Item has been sitting for 2 weeks and now they tell me they can’t locate it. Told me there was nothing they could do at the moment.

Corporate customer service was useless, the local department solved all problems within a day of contact. Do yourself a favor and go to the local shop don't bother with customer service

This experience has been so disorganized and unprofessional it’s ridiculous, I also never write reviews so for me to write a review, you know I’m unhappy.• I placed an order with Walmart for a 75” TV that was supposed to be delivered on Friday, December 2nd. I placed this order because I was going to be home at that time and able to receive the order.• I received a call around December 30th saying that they would be delivering my package on the 7th of December because apparently, they only come to Red Deer on Wednesdays. I was going to be away on vacation at that time, so the delivery had to be pushed back until December 14th, almost two weeks after my delivery date from Walmart. I received an email from Day & Ross confirming that appointment.• On December 7th, while I am on vacation 4,500km away I receive a text from my neighbor who I have talked to maybe twice in the two years I have lived in my house saying that my TV was delivered, and the driver basically forced her to take it.• Just now (January 6th) I get an email saying that it was delivered on January 1st 2023, when it was delivered 25 days prior to that.In what world is that okay? To deliver a package addressed to me, to a completely different person at an address that is not on the shipping label/order without really giving her a choice.Thank goodness this neighbor let me know that she had it and was able to store it in her garage until I returned, but this should have never happened in the first place. Horrendous service to say the least.

Just had a treadmill delivered by Mohamed, He was excellent, a great help in delivering our package to where we needed it. Thank you. Mohamed.
