The staff was friendly but doesn't care about people's time. I walked in earlier to see if she had an appointment available, she had a client but asked me come back an hour later! Arrived at 6:30pm only to discover that she was busy with another client, who probably walked in 30 minutes earlier and was only halfway completed with her service. I was annoyed by her inability to schedule properly and does not respect other people's time and expected me to wait another 30 minutes.Time management is an issue...

HORRIBLE SERVICE- bad instal- convince you to do Biogel- state Biogel only lasts 2 weeks (that is false)- complain, they have you come in telling you that they will change them and fix no fees then still charge you.- cleaning nails and cuticles is extra before they instal nails (not common practice)- as they were being installed the first time was only one girl working trying to do pedicure and nail install at the same time multiple clients who were not there together- nails were too high , looked unnatural- overall experience horrible, bad etiquette , horrible lying owner that says fix for free the. Changes that to its your fault , oil in your mail made it break , your work made it break , anything that he can come up with to not have to fix. Doing my due diligence in how long and sturdy that Biogel is was complete contradiction to what this owner told us.STAY AWAY - STAY AWAY - STAY AWAY - STAY AWAY

After my last tech left me with uneven and bumpy nails, I decided to give this place a try.Customer service was impeccable. Extremely accommodating and very polite.Chloe did an amazing job. They look amazing and natural. Will definitely be going back.

Chloe is an amazing technician. I am very happy with my manicure. Very close to my work place. Easy to get in. Nice and clean place. Recommend.

I had a really good experience. Chloe is super nice ! I highly recommend this place. They play jazz music and it's pretty relaxing. Everything is clean and proper. I really liked my experience at V salon. The manager is always welcoming and answers all of your questions.

Amazing find. Great quality gel nails that last ages, but if for any reason they chip, staff are very happy to fix for free.Great value - I used to go to another nail bar on the same street who are far more expensive for a lesser quality.I will continue to visit regularly and would highly recommend.

It was great! I needed a last minute appointment and they were fast to accommodate and the girl did an amazing job on my hands and the entire time I just felt so welcomed and happy. Definitely will go back!

Wonderful experience staff is excellent so kind and great service very, very clean environment! Highly recommend any pedicure manicure services ! I will be back again for sure.
