Excellent job on engraving

It appears to be a good business however there was one mind boggling policy: I asked to have an engraving done, paid for it and came back a short time later to cancel as it was going to take a very long time. The engraving had not yet been started and I was told it wouldn’t be done for close to 2 hours from the time it was paid for.I was told “No refunds on engravings.” My question was “So I can’t get a refund on an engraving that hasn’t been started yet?” The answer: “Yes.”That’s like paying for a shirt in advance at The Bay, finding out the shirt is out of stock and asking for a refund then being told “No refunds on shirts.” Which when looked at at face value is simply ripping someone off.It’s only $5 dollars so nothing to be overly upset about however the business should also be more concerned about appearing fair rather than robbing small amounts of money.
