I've had slightly negative and very positive interactions here, but my most recent visit was great. The gentleman who assisted me, was friendly and quickly went through my DVDs.

Always a great experience. Love the Wish List" on their website and Burlington always ensures my items arrive in-store in a timely fashion; bringing them in from other BGO locations. Staff are very friendly and personable. The Burlington store has a huge selection of CDs and DVDs (along with other related items) to satisfy anyone's needs."

Perfect location with a very convenient and open layout. Very personable and friendly staff. Dangerous set up if you are into anime as it's right by the register. My original purchase tripled in price and i didnt even get to use my gift card out but I'll definitely be back.

Was looking forward to checking this store out. Unfortunately they still require you to wear a mask in 2023 before entering this location. So thank you for reminding me of why I shop for these kinds of things online.
