I don’t think i’ve ever experienced such terrible customer service. The employee just sat at his desk watching Youtube and seemed annoyed when we asked any questions about the chairs. The employee also tried to pocket an additional $20 over the price he had given and when I confronted him about it he didn’t even offer an apology. Very unprofessional.

Great company to deal with. Recently used them to move my main company office which included 45 desks/stations along with other equipment which is very pricey so I am glad they were very cautious with it. Movers were very quick, on time and right on schedule. It was done very effectively. From beginning to the end, the complete job went without any issues. Would fully recommend this company for any commercial or office moving services.

Just went back to purchase another home office setup and not sure what the last two jokers are complaing about. Once again, VERY professional and reasonably priced. Sounds like someone with axe to grind if you ask me. Based on the amount of review they've left combined I'm assuming they don't get out much. I've been to this place twice now and would recommend to anyone.Original post from 2 years ago.........Very professional and reasonably priced. Spoke with Steve who helped me set up my small office. Installation was completed quicker than expected. Overall great company. I will definitely be calling them again next time I need more units.

I came by their showroom looking to furnish my home office. I appreciated the nice selection of used chairs (Herman Miller, Steelcase, etc.) that have been steam cleaned, touched up if needed, etc. It's great to be able to reuse/refurbish such quality furniture (keeping it out of the landfill) and I'll enjoy it for another 10+ years! In addition to the great Herman Miller chair, I also purchased a new (well-priced) standing desk. Steve is an honest, no nonsense guy that will help get your office set up. Computer equipment (and cat) sold separately…

My company hired First Choice to assist us with furnishing and setting up our new office. It was an easy and pleasant process from start to finish. They were knowledgeable whenever we had questions, and the workers were extremely professional - they showed up right on time and the installation process was flawless. I could not be more thrilled with how great our office looks thanks to them. The furniture we bought is just beautiful! We will definitely be using their services again in the future.

While working from home during the COVID-19 I was looking for a specific office chair (Haworth Zody) for my home office to substitute the one I had at work . First Choice had the best price around GTA for a gently used chair. They managed to work my visit into the COVID limitations, chair was professionally cleaned and the service was impeccable.A month later I needed a part to be replaced (after all it was a used chair) and they services it for free.Great customer support - not commonly encountered these days.

I went in to purchase a home office setup and was pleasantly surprised by all the help I received. I was unsure what exactly I was looking for. I was greeted as I walked in and an employee showed me about five chairs all within my price range. Better service than a big office store. I was able to find a really good setup and will now be sharing this hidden gem with the rest of my co-workers.

Visited to purchase a Steelcase Leap V1. They explained all the features and let me test try at my own pace. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Answered any questions I had about other products and topics such as return policy.Ended up purchasing 2 chairs, a steel cabinet, table, chairs, and a TV stand. Delivery price was estimated during the visit and upheld. Very friendly, even brought the cabinet to the third floor for us (3 family members had trouble bringing it up 1 flight of stairs).Would buy from again.
