Gave my friend food poisoning. Poor girl ordered something with meat in it, threw up 2 hours later after complaining of being sick. Only started after she ate here.Smoothies have also had a huge drop in quality. They used to be nice and thick. Last time I went, it was juice with a couple ice chips in it.Do not go here!!!

The line here is pretty fast. Today, we ordered bagels with butter but got cream cheese instead. But we go there often and have only had them mess up our orders twice. The first time, they corrected it. This time, we didn't have time to turn around to get it fixed. But normally the employees are very happy and accommodating so I'm sure if I went back they would have fixed it!

Always messes up my order no matter what I end up ordering. So I then get charged for things I am not even receiving and I’m disappointed.

Food and coffee are great but the hours at this location are terrible, should be open from at least 4am to 10pm. In addition, please stop with the “no hash browns after 11am” rule. They’re my favorite food item, should be able to order them anytime I want to. Building setup is inconvenient too.

Whenever I go to this location it seems like it’s being run by high school students. The case where the donuts are displayed is always caked with icing, no reason why that can’t be wiped out when the donuts are refreshed. Plenty of employees conversing with each other ignoring the two people waiting to order. Today I got sick of it and walked out, mentioning to the employee sweeping the floor that nobody’s working the counter(?). She said “We’re all so busy doing our work we don’t have time to take orders”Without customers you have no work. This location needs adult management

We stopped here for lunch and were pleasantly surprised!!! I had the turkey bacon club in a wrap with some special seasoning . I’ve never been a fan or wraps but the lady working there recommended it. Well the way they grilled it it stayed together and I had no problems with food falling out. The flavor was consistent throughout the wrap. If I wasn’t from Wisconsin I’d be back!!! For those visiting from out of state look for the little store front on the Main Street. The main entrance is out back on the lower level. You can get in either way. This is the first place I have had fresh fried potato chips!! They were hot and delicious. On a side note my wife got a blueberry muffin with her meal and shared a bite. WOW!!!! Flavor was bursting. Stop here for breakfast, lunch diner. It’ll be worth the trip. I love Tim Hortons and I live locally so I was really upset when on August 5th I got food poisoning from this location. I have never had food poisoning before this and let me tell you, avoid it at all costs lol. I didn’t eat anything before or after my meal here. I got the chicken panini and sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. which is what I get/got every time because it’s my favorite. so I am extremely disappointed that this happened. I was SO sick for about 8 days and my BMs still aren’t normal. it was 100% confirmed food poisoning. I’ve never felt anything like that before. the cramping was unbearable, the vomiting, the “other” vomiting, fever, chills, no appetite. unbearable. I’m pretty scared to visit any Tim Hortons now. which is a bummer. I’m pretty sure it was the egg? but I can’t be sure. just be aware of what you’re eating! I’ve been making my own meals since lol

The regular employee at the drive through window, Mandie, is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever come across in a drive through. Always offering a bright and happy smile and it genuinely makes my day to see her when I pull through. Your order always comes out quickly!
